Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing, viewing, downloading, or purchasing images from this gallery, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not access or use this gallery.

2. Copyright and Ownership
   All images in this gallery are the original creative work of 24th Frame Media ("the Photographer") and are protected by copyright under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). Copyright is retained by the Photographer at all times, regardless of print or digital file delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Licence to Use
   Delivery of images grants the client a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the images for personal purposes, including printing for personal use and sharing on personal social media, provided the Photographer is credited where reasonably practicable (tagging @24thframemedia is appreciated).
   This licence does not permit: commercial use, resale, or sublicensing; alteration, cropping, or filtering without prior written consent; or use in advertising, merchandise, or promotional material without a separate commercial licence.

4. Gallery Access
   Online galleries remain live for a limited period, as advised at the time of delivery (typically 90 days). The Photographer is not responsible for galleries that expire before files are downloaded, and recommends clients download and back up images promptly.

5. Payment and Delivery
   Full payment of any outstanding invoice is required before release of high-resolution files or prints, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivery timeframes are estimates only.

6. Print Rights
   Prints ordered through this gallery are produced by a professional lab selected by the Photographer for colour accuracy and quality. Prints sourced independently by the client, including from downloaded files, are outside the Photographer's control, and no responsibility is accepted for their quality.

7. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Photographer's liability for loss or damage arising from use of this gallery is limited to the value of services paid for. Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.

8. Governing Law
   These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.
